草酸铂的合成及其结构表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Oxaliplatin

介绍草酸铂的合成方法 ,此法稳定、重现性好 ,粗品产率≥ 85%。采用元素分析及红外光谱 (IR)、质谱 (MS)、紫外吸收光谱 (UV)、1 H核磁共振谱 ( 1 HNMR)等手段确证了草酸铂的化学结构 ,结果与理论值一致。合成的样品在水介质中其比旋光度 >+70°。

A new synthesis process with good stability and high yield for production of [cis-oxalato(trans-(R,R)-(-)1,2-cyclohexanediamine]platinum(Ⅱ)(oxaliplatin)was introduced in the present paper.The chemical structure of oxaliplatin was identified by using elemental analysis as well as IR,MS,UV and 1 HNMR spectroscopy etc.
