介绍了利用MJS双频激光干涉仪的检测数据指导数控机床位置度误差修正的方法及应用实例 。
The method and an applying example of correcting the position errors of NC machine guided by testing data of MJS two-frequency laser interferometer are introduced, and the rational selection of compensating parameters is discussed.
