利用纯铝和NaOH制备陶瓷基复合材料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用 DIMOX工艺 ,利用纯 Al和 Na OH制备了 Al2 O3/ Al陶瓷基复合材料 ,进行了 SEM,TEM热重分析、定量金相等观察和测试 ,并分析了材料的生长机制。结果表明 ,纯 Al+Na OH制备的复合材料比由 Al-Mg-Si合金制备的 Al2 O3/Al复合材料组织更致密 ,力学性能更高 。 The formation mechanism of Al 2O 3/Al ceramic matrix composite fabricated with pure Al+NaOH through DIMOX technology is investigated by SEM and TEM,thermal gravity analysis and quantitative metallography examination.The composite fabricated with pure Al+NaOH,is denser in microstructure,higher in mechanical properties,faster in growth rate than that fabricated with Al+Mg+Si
