摘要
根据回转窑承托装置中托轮瓦的服役条件 ,选择了 ZA2 7合金代替 ZQAl9-4合金生产托轮瓦。从分析 ZA2 7合金的铸造特点出发 ,制订了合理的托轮瓦铸造工艺 ,试制生产了合格铸件。生产实践证明 ,ZA2 7合金托轮瓦比 ZQAl9-4合金瓦具有更好的摩擦磨损特性 ,使用寿命更长 ,成本更低 。
According to service life of supporting tile in bearing installation of revolving kiln, ZA27 alloy is substituted for ZQA19\|4 alloy to manufacture supporting tile. Qualified castings is produced on the basis of designing proper cast technology for supporting tile through analyzing cast features for ZA27 alloy. ZA27 alloy supporting tile has better wear\|resistance, longer service life, lower cost and better economic benefit than ZQA19\|4 alloy supporting tile.
