大陆台商社会适应的共性与差异性——基于福建的田野调查

Similarities and Differences in Social Adaptability of Taiwan Businesspersons in China's Mainland——Based on Field Work in Fujian

运用社会学实证研究方法,在田野调查的基础上剖析大陆台商社会适应情况可以看到,台商群体在大陆的社会适应状况既有共性,也存在差异性。不安全感、渐增的竞争压力,以及潜意识的优越感是大陆台商群体中存在的普遍心态。大陆台商的社会适应情况还存在阶段性、层面性及群体内差异。

Based on the field work,this article adopts sociological empirical research methodology to analyze the similarities and differences in social adaptability of Taiwan businesspersons in China's mainland.The sense of insecurity,the increasing pressure from competition and the unconscious sense of privilege are the shared features in the mentality of Taiwan businesspersons in the mainland.Their social adaptability differs at different times,in different circumstances and among different groups.
