日本战后高等教育制度变迁史及在新世纪的改革思路

History of Change of Japan's Higher Education System after World War Ⅱ and Its transform in 21st Century

作为一个发达国家,日本在二战后建立起较为完善的高等教育体制,并根据本国的特点和需要进行了多次改革。日本教育通过改革建立起一套较先进的课程设制与科目体系,而且有适合本国需求的评价制度。一个完善的高等教育体制,使日本的科技及生产研发水平一直站在世界的前列,为本国的经济发展提供持续的动力。本文将对日本战后和新世纪进行的高等教育改革进行一个分析,力求对我们的高等教育有所启示。

Since World War II Japan, a developed country, has built up a proper sound higher education system, after a series of reforms in the light of its own characteristics. This higher education system includes both an advanced curriculum and a related evaluation system, which contributes to Japan＇s world-class level in science and technology, in production research and develop ,and provides a continuous power for Japan＇s economic development. This paper analyzes Japan＇s higher education reform after World War II and in the 21st century, seeking enlightenments to China＇s higher education.
