豆粕替代部分鱼粉饲料中添加核苷酸和有机硒对幼建鲤生长和消化吸收功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】实验旨在研究豆粕替代部分鱼粉的饲料中添加核苷酸和有机硒对幼建鲤(Cyprinus carpio var.Jian)生长及消化吸收功能的影响。【方法】初始体重(10.30±0.02)g的幼建鲤450尾,随机分为3组,每组设3个重复,分别投喂以豆粕等氮替代饲料中鱼粉含量的0%(对照组,D1)、2%(D2)、4%(D3)的饲料,其中D2和D3添加300mg/kg的核苷酸和0.3mg/kg的有机硒,进行8周的生长试验。【结果】结果表明,D2增重、特定生长率和饲料效率相对于D1差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于D3(P<0.05);采食量D2显著高于D1,D3最低(P<0.05)。D2的肝胰脏重显著高于D1(P<0.05),全肠重相对于D1有提高趋势但差异不显著(P>0.05),肝体指数、肠体指数、肠长、肠长指数与D1差异不显著(P>0.05)。D2的肠道淀粉酶、Na+,K+-ATP酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性显著高于D1(P<0.05),胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性相对于D1差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】综上,在豆粕替代部分鱼粉的饲料中添加核苷酸和有机硒能够促进幼建鲤的生长,提高消化吸收能力。 [Objective] This experiment was ic selenium supplementation on growth and conducted to study the effect of nucleotides and organ- digestive ability of juvenile Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio vat. Jian) in diets with partial substitution of fish meal by soybean meal. [Method] 450 fishes with initial weight of (10. 30±0.02) g were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 3 replicates fed isonitrogenous diets with dietary fish meal replaced by 0% (Control, D1 group), 2% (D2 group) and 4 % (D3 group) soybean meal respectively for 8 weeks, whereas D2 and D3 groups were sup- plemented with 1% experimental premix contained nucleotides and organic selenium. [Results] The results showed that weight gain, specific growth rate and feed efficiency were not significant different between D1 and D2 group (P〉0.05), but significantly higher than those in D3 group (P〈0. 05). Feed intake in D2 group was highest while that in D3 group was lowest. Hepatopancre- as weight in fish of D2 group was higher than that of D1 group (P〈0.05), whereas intestine weight increased compared to D1 group but difference was not significant (P〉0.05). Hepatosomatic index, intestosomatic index, intestine length and relative gut length had no significant difference between D1 and D2 group (P〉0. 05). The activities of intestinal amylase, Na^+ , K^+- ATPase and 7-glutamyl transpeptidase followed the similar trend as that of feed intake. Patterns of differences in the activities of intestinal trypsin, ehymotrypsin, and lipase were the same as that in specific growth rate. [Conclusion] These results suggested that it could improve growth and enhance digestive ability of juvenile Jian carp to supplement nucleotides and organic selenium in diets with partial substitution of fish meal by soybean meal.
