摘要
为提高混凝土复合材料的力学性能,提出了一种新型防护材料——钢丝网增强混凝土,并优化了其结构参数。以混凝土为基体材料、多种规格的钢丝网为增强材料,设计了多种层间距,研制了多种钢丝网增强混凝土复合材料。通过试验分析,比较了复合材料的结构参数对其静态抗压、抗弯、抗劈拉性能以及动态抗冲击性能的影响。研究表明,直径0.5mm、网格边长3mm和层间距5mm的钢丝网增强混凝土复合材料的力学性能较好、成本较低,是本试验中最优的复合材料。
To improve the mechanical properties of the reinforcing concrete, a new type of compound engi- neering material of civil defense: concrete reinforced with steel wire nets was designed, and its structural parameters was optimized. With concrete as matrix material and steel wire nets as the reinforcement mate- rials,with different interlayer spacing, varied sorts of concrete reinforced with steel wire nets were devel- oped. The effect of the structural parameter of the composite material on the static compression strength, bending strength, splitting tensile strength, and impact strength were investigated by test. The result shows that the concrete reinforced with steel wire nets is the best composite material, whose grid length is 3 mm and interlayer spacing is 5 mm. It has better mechanical properties and lower cost.
