摘要
革新改进了引进的 CA2 0 0 2 H型高频红外高碳分析仪 ,提高其灵敏度、稳定性和数据处理功能。探讨了 HFIR法测定碳的主要影响因素 ,提出了 WC中总碳量和 W、Mo、Ta、Nb、Co、Ni中痕量碳的新的 HFIR分析方法 ,提高了高含量碳测定的精密度和准确度 ,降低了痕量碳的测定下限。
A foriegn and backward HF-IR analyzer for high carbon content is improved to elevate its sensibility and capacity of data process. The main influencing factors for measuring of carbon content by HF-IR method are probed. The new HF-IR analysis method for total carbon content in WC and for trice carbon in W,Mo,Ta,Nb,Co and Ni are proposed so as to increase precision ,accuracy and decrease the limit of determination.
