HDCT-CIMS INFORMATION INTEGRATED PROGRAM AND THE REALIZATION OF SYSTEM

HDCT- CIMS(湖南钻石硬质合金工具有限公司计算机集成制造系统 )是国家863/CIMS推广应用工程项目之一 ,其第一期工程是以 ODBC技术和 Client/Server结构体系为基础 ,在数据库支持下 ,通过访问设计信息或管理信息 ,来生成工艺文件和车间作业计划的系统信息集成。本文详细介绍该系统的核心部分信息集成方案和系统实现 ,以便其他单位借鉴。

HDCT-CIMS(Hunan Diamond Cemented tools Ltd computer integrated manufacture system) is a state plan for the promotion and application of 863/CIMS in factories. its first phase project is based on ODBC technology and client/server structure system, with the support of data bank, by visiting designing or managing information, lt can produce integrated system information of technology files and workshop working plan. This paper has introduced the nuclear part of the system-information integrated plan and the realization of the system, so other units can draw lessons from it.
