摘要
介绍了牌号QT4 0 0 - 18铸态高韧性球铁冷却壁的化学成分控制及球化孕育处理工艺 ,研究了硅含量对冷却壁铸态力学性能的影响 ;试验结果表明 ,高炉冷却壁合适的化学成分为 :3.0 %~ 3.2 %C ;3.0 %~ 3.4 %Si;≤ 0 .3%Mn ;≤ 0 .0 6 %P ;≤ 0 .0 2 %S。
This paper introduces the chemical control and the nodularization & inoculation of cooling wall casting in as-cast high-toughness ductile iron,and studys the effect of Si on the as-cast mechanical properties of cooling wall,The result of experimental shows that the optimum composition for cooling wall of blast furnace was:3.0%~3.2%C;3.0%~3.4%Si;≤0.3%Mn;≤0.06%P;≤0.02%S。
