摘要
将Ni基粉末与一定比例的Al粉,机械混合并喷涂于A3钢上,在700 ℃左右炉中进行反应烧结,形成有冶金结合的涂层。分析烧结层的金相组织并测量其结合强度,表明有良好的结合性能。
The Ni-base powder mixed with Al powder of a certain proportion was sprayed on the surface of a plain carbon steel A3, then the coating was reaction-sintered in the furnace at about 700℃ for getting a metallargical bond at the interface. The analysis of metallographic structure and measurement of mechanical properties proved that this sintered coating showed an inproved bonding strength.
