手机辐射对大鼠心电活动的影响

摘要 目的探究一定持续时间的手机辐射对大鼠心电活动的影响。方法手机置于通话状态,对2~3 cm处的大鼠进行每天6次,每次10 min,连续30 d的手机辐射。测定第15天、第30天及停止辐射10 d后的心电及心率并与对照进行比较。结果一定时间的手机辐射可导致心率加快、心电波形幅值增加及波形变异;辐射停止后其心电活动状况有逐渐回复的趋势,但有的指标回复较慢。结论手机辐射对可心脏功能造成影响,心脏对手机辐射有一定的适应和修复能力。 Objective To explore the effect of the mobile telephone radiation lasting for some time on the ECG activity in rats. Methods The radiation from a connected mobile telephone was put on the rats from 2 - 3 cm away for 6 times every day, 10 min at a time,30 day. The electrocardiograms (ECG) and heart rates were measured at the 15 th, 30 th days after the radiation and the 10 th after having ceased the radiation, and the results were compared with that of the control. Results shows that the radiation of mobile telephone in a given time may lead to the increase of the heart rate,the enhancement of the ECG peak and the variation of the ECG waveform ; the electricity activity of the heart has the gradual restored tendency, but some indexes restored slowly. Conclusion The result of the experiment indicates that the radiation of mobile telephone may affect the function of the heart, and the heart has the adaptive and repaired ability to the mobile telephone.
