摘要 目的探讨EphB4受体及其相应的配体EphrinB2在结直肠癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法随机选取结直肠癌组织72例,以正常结肠组织为对照,应用免疫组织化学技术检测EphB4和EphrinB2蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况。结果正常结肠粘膜和结直肠癌组织中,EphB4受体表达阳性率分别为45.5%,73.6%,EphrinB2的表达阳性率分别为39.4%,69.4%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结直肠癌中,EphB4受体和EprinB2配体的表达均与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴转移和Dukes分期有关,而与年龄、性别、发生部位无明显相关性。EphB4和EprinB2的表达存在一定的关联性。结论EphB4和EphrinB2在结直肠癌的发生发展中可能起重要的促进作用。 ] Objective To examine the expression of EphB4 and EphrinB2 in the genesis and progression of colorectal cancer. Methods 72 colorectal carcinoma were randomly selected and controlled with normal colorectal mucosa. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression EphB4 and EphrinB2 in colorectal carcinoma. Results The positive expression of EphB4 was 45.5% in normal mucosa and 73.6% in colorectal carcinoma. The rate of EphrinB2 were 39. 4% and 69.4%. The expression of EphIM and EprinB2 had significant correlation with differentiation grade,lymphnode metastasis and Dukes stage, and was no affected significantly by age, sex and location. The expression of EphB4 and EprinB2 were moderately correlated. Conclusion EphB4 and EphrinB2 may play a promoting role in the development of colorectal cancer.
