跑台运动训练对脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨跑台运动训练对脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复的影响。方法:36只成年雄性SD大鼠被随机分为假手术组、模型组、运动组,各12只。采用改良Zea-Longa线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型;运动组大鼠于MCAO模型成功后2d开始进行跑台运动训练;通过修订的神经功能评分(mNSS)观察大鼠神经功能恢复情况并观测大鼠体重变化情况,通过氯化四唑(TTC)染色观察大鼠脑梗死体积。结果:模型组和运动组大鼠造模后神经功能逐渐恢复,运动组大鼠造模后14d、28d神经功能评分优于模型组[14d:(8.17±1.03)分比(9.42±1.62)分,P<0.05;28d:(6.25±0.97)分比(8.17±1.70)分,P<0.01];与模型组相比,运动组大鼠体重于造模后7d、14d和28d明显增加(P<0.05或<0.01);造模后28d,运动组大鼠脑梗死体积与模型组大鼠相比明显减小[(26.50±0.448)%比(29.45±0.639)%,P<0.01]。结论:跑台运动训练可以促进大鼠神经功能和体重恢复,减小大鼠脑梗死体积,有利于脑缺血大鼠的康复。 Objective: To study influence of treadmill exercise on recovery of neurological function in rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods: A total of 36 male adult SD rats were randomly and equally divided into sham operation group, model group and exercise group. Rat's model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established by modified Zea- Longa suture method; on two days after MCAO modeling, rats in exercise group received treadmill exercise; recovery of neurological function was tested by modified neurological severity scores (mNSS) and change of body weight was observed. Tetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining was used to measure cerebral infarct volume of rats. Results: After modeling, neurological function gradually recovered in model group and exercise group, mNSS scores of exercise group on 14d and 28d after modeling were significantly better than those of model group [14d: (8.17 ± 1.03) scores vs. (9.42 ± 1.62) scores, P〈0.05; 28d: (6.25 ± 0.97) scores vs. (8. 17 ± 1.70) scores, P〈 0.01]; compared with model group, there was significant increase in body weight in exercise groUp on 7d, 14d and 28d after modeling (P〈0.05 or 〈0.01) ; on 28d after modeling, cerebral infarct volume of exercise group was significantly smaller than that of model group [- (26.50 ± 0. 448)% vs. (29.45 ± 0. 639)%, P〈0.01]. Conclusion: Treadmill exercise can improve neurological function, recover body weight and reduce cerebral infarct volume in rats, so it is beneficial for rehabilitation of rats with cerebral ischemia.
