摘要
目的:探讨检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及尿微量白蛋白(UMA)、尿β2-微球白蛋白(β2-MG)的价值。方法:入选T2DM患者224例(T2DM组),健康体检者197例(健康对照组),检测两组HbA1c、hsCRP、UMA、尿β2-MG,并进行比较分析。结果:与健康对照组比较,T2DM组HbA1c[(5.24±0.75)%比(8.72±0.92)%]、hsCRP[(1.13±0.89)mg/L比(6.21±1.31)mg/L]、UMA[(14.9±9.24)mg/L比(72.5±15.6)mg/L]及尿β2-MG[(0.18±0.05)mg/L比(1.24±0.28)mg/L]水平明显升高(P<0.05或<0.01);Pearson相关分析显示,HbAlc与糖尿病并发症发生率呈正相关(r=0.415,P<0.05)结论:糖化血红蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白及尿微量蛋白检测对2型糖尿病患者的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To study clinical value of detections of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), urine microalbumin (UMA) and urine β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: A total of 224 T2DM patients were enrolled as T2DM group and 197 healthy subjects were regard as healthy control group. Levels of HbAlc, hsCRP, UMA and β2-MG were measured, and compared in two groups. Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant increase in levels of HbAlc [ (5. 24±0.75)% vs. (8. 72±0.92)%], hsCRP [ (1.13±0.89) mg/L vs. (6. 21±1.31) mg/L], UMA [ (14.9 ± 9.24) mg/L vs. (72.5 ± 15.6) mg/L] and urine β2-MG [ (0.18 ± 0.05) mg/L vs. (1.24 ± 0.28) mg/L] in T2DM group, P〈0.05 or 〈0.01; Pearson correlation analysis indicated that HbAlc was positively correlated with incidence rates of DM complications ( r = 0. 415, P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Detections of glycosylated hemoglobin, high sensitive C reactive protein and urine trace protein are important for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
