摘要
介绍了江西新钢钢管有限责任公司改进Φ90mm穿孔机送进角的情况及使用效果。生产实践表明 ,送进角改进后穿孔效率提高 ,纯轧时间减少 ,单位能耗降低。
Described in the article are the changing of feed angle of the Φ90 mm piercing mill located at Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Xinyu I & S Complex, Jiangxi Province and effectiveness of the change. Relevant operation shows that owing to the change of the feed angle piercing efficiency has been increased, net rolling time reduced, and unit energy consumption lowed.
