甲状腺结节病变的MRI应用价值分析

Analysis of MRI Value in Diagnosing Thyroid Nodules

目的:探讨甲状腺结节病变的MRI表现,分析MRI对其诊断价值,以供临床诊断参考。方法:回顾性分析我院甲状腺囊肿50例、结节性甲状腺肿47例、甲状腺瘤31例,与甲状腺癌22例患者的临床资料,总结患者的MRI表现。结果:甲状腺囊肿患者信号均匀、边界清晰;甲状腺肿信号不均匀、边界清晰;甲状腺瘤信号均匀、边界清晰、有强化;甲状腺癌边界模糊、信号混杂、有不均匀强化。结论:MRI在甲状腺结节病变中的应用价值较高,不同病变类型患者的MRI表现各不相同,需要医生给予详细、准确的判断。

Objective： To analyze the MRI findings of thyroid nodules,research the value of MRI in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Method： To retrospective analyse clinical data of 50 cases of inpatients with thyroid cysts,47 cases of patients with nodular goiter,31 cases of thyroid tumors and 22 cases of thyroid cancer.Summaried of each group of patients with MRI findings.Result： MRI findings of thyroid cysts as follows： the signal is uniform,clear boundary;goiter patients,MRI showed heterogeneous signal intensity,a clear boundary;thyroid tumors in patients with MRI,the signal is uniform,the boundary is clear,there is strengthening;thyroid cancer MRI manifestations of the fuzzy boundary,mixed signal and heterogeneous enhancement.Conclusion： MRI clinical value of thyroid nodules,different lesion types in patients with MRI findings are not the same.
