摘要
目的:探讨小儿肺部感染合并心力衰竭的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2011年6月收治的30例肺部感染合并心力衰竭患儿的临床资料。结果:患儿治疗的总有效率为86.70%,平均住院时间为11.2±3.4d。结论:早期有效治疗肺部感染,可有效减少心力衰竭发病,提高患儿生存率。
Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of pediatric lung infection complicated with heart failure.Method： The clinical data of 30 children with lung infection complicated with heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Result： The total cure rate was 86.70%,the mean duration of hospitalization was 11.2±3.4 days.Conclusion： Treating lung infection complicated with heart failure early can reduce the incidence of heart failure and improve the survival rate of children.
