摘要
目的:探讨青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床特征,提高早期诊断率以便早治疗。方法:35例青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者于月经周期第5天开始服用环丙孕酮加二甲双胍治疗3个周期,每周期21d。观察治疗前后患者的月经周期、BMI、痤疮、多毛情况,同时测定治疗前后的性激素以及胰岛素水平,并进行比较。结果:治疗后患者月经周期规律,F-G评分(4.3±3.7)、痤疮评分(1.1.±0.8)较治疗前的(7.9±2.4)、(3.4±1.4)有明显差异(P<0.05),LH(14.7±7.8)、FNS(8.9±4.5)、T(1.3±1.1)较治疗前的(20.7±12.8)、(12.9±4.1)、(2.9±0.7)有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:环丙孕酮加二甲双胍能够有效地治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征,青春期少女出现月经不调、多毛、痤疮等症状时,应当尽早进行相应检查,排除发病可能。
Objective： To explore the clinical features of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome,in order to improve early diagnosis and early treatment.Method： 35 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescent from 5th days of the menstrual cycle to start taking cyproterone acetate ＋ metformin for 3 cycles,21 days was a cycle.Result： After the treatment of menstrual cycle regularity than before,the score of F-G（4.3 ＋ 3.7）,acne score（1.1-0.8） than before treatment（7.9 ＋ 2.4）,（3.4 ＋ 1.4） had significant difference（P 0.05）,LH（14.7 ＋ 7.8）,FNS（8.9 ＋ 4.5）,T（1.3 ＋ 1.1） than before treatment（20.7 ＋ 12.8）,（12.9 ＋ 4.1）,（2.9 ＋ 0.7） had significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Dolescent girls appear abnormal menstruation,hirsutism,acne and other symptoms,should be performed early corresponding examination.
