生态规划在资源型城市转型实践中的作用——以抚顺市为例

Role of Ecological Planning in the Transformation of Resource-Based Cities——Taking Fushun City as Example

目前我国一些资源型城市由于长期开采,资源已近枯竭,即将陷入可持续发展危机,如何实现资源型城市转型成为我国城市发展中十分重要的课题。为了研究生态规划对于资源型城市转型的推动作用,本文以典型资源型城市抚顺市为例,通过分析其城市生态规划的内容及近年的规划举措,得出了城市生态规划是推进城市转型的有效途径这一结论,并分析了该结论的广泛意义。

With so many resource-based cities are coming into the crisis of sustainable development, how to make the resource-based cities transform successfully becomes an important topics in Chinese cities＇ development. In order to study the role the ecological planning plays in the transformation of resource-based cities, this article makes an example of a typical resource- based city, Fushun. By analyzing the contents of the urban ecological planning and the planning measures in recent years, a conclusion is drawn that the urban ecological planning is an effective way in promoting the urban transformation. And this conclusion has a broad significance.
