摘要
针对己内酰胺精制装置降膜再沸器外购设备占用资金多、周期长的问题,深入研究了各种形式再沸器的结构、原理,完成了具有三级分布(十字管分布器、筛板式分布盘和导流插件)的降膜再沸器的优化设计,通过三级分布器将进料在换热管内壁均匀分布并成膜,促进了己内酰胺的蒸发,提高了传热效率,实现了降膜再沸器国产化和大型化。
Since the outsourcing equipment for the falling film reboiler of the caprolactam purification plant occupies big amount of capital and lasts for a long period,the structures,and principles of various forms of reboilers have been studies thoroughly.The optimal design of the falling film reboiler with three-stage distribution(cross-pipe distributor,deflector plate and sieve-type distribution plug-ins) has been completed.The feed is distributed evenly in the inner walls of the heat exchange tubes by the three-stage distributor and forms film,which promotes the evaporation of caprolactam,improves the heat transfer efficiency and realizes the large-scale localization of the falling film reboiler.
