摘要
在石油化工新建、改扩建等工程项目施工中,经常遇到大直径薄壁容器的吊装问题,如大型料仓、储罐的吊装等。由于大直径薄壁容器刚度不够,需对筒体进行加固以满足其吊装要求。容积大于1 000m3储罐进行整体搬迁,在国内还没有类似的工程实例:文章以3 000m3储罐的整体搬迁为技术课题,为满足储罐吊装和运输的要求,对储罐内部支撑结构进行优化设计,并进行了结构受力分析和强度计算,在理论分析的基础上对方案的可行性进行了探讨。
In the new or expansion project construction of petroleum chemical industry,hoisting problems for thin-wall container with large diameter often appear,such as hoisting for large storage silo or storage tanks,etc..Since the rigidity of thin-wall container with large diameter is not enough,reinforcement for the cylinder is needed to meet its hoisting requirements.There isn't any similar domestic engineering example of moving the storage tank with a volume more than 1,000 m3 as a whole.This paper takes the moving of the storage tank with a volume of 1,000 m3 as a whole as the technical subject.Optimal design of the internal support structure of the storage tank is carried out in order to meet the hoisting and transportation of the storage tank.Stress analysis and strength calculation of the structure are carried out as well.The paper discusses the feasibility of the scheme on the basis of theoretical analysis.
