摘要
举例说明管内增加扰流子及管外增加翅片对空气预热器传热系数的影响,在相同工艺参数条件下设计的光管扰流子预热器与翅片管扰流子预热器总重量和制造费用不同,光管扰流子预热器的经济性要高于翅片管扰流子预热器。
This paper illustrates the influence of adding turbolator inside the tube and adding fin outside the tube on the heat transfer coefficient of the preheater.The total weight and manufacturing cost for preheater with plain tube turbolator and finned tube turbolator with the same parameters are different.The plain tube turbolator is more economic than the finned one.
