设备钢框架新型连接节点极限承载力的分析

摘要 石油化工设备钢框架高强螺栓连接节点设计中,需要多种施工方便、抗震性能优良且具有较高承载力的梁柱连接节点,目前可选择的类型很少。根据国际SAC报告中4E节点的试验数据,用ANSYS软件模拟外伸端板节点试验加载的全过程,进而通过对4E节点加腋的方式开发新型设备钢框架连接节点,通过对节点极限承载力分析结果表明,节点承载力满足工程抗震要求,具有良好的经济效益,分析结论可以应用于工程实践。 Many kinds of beam-column connection joints which are convenient for construction with good seismic behavior and high bearing capacity are needed in the connection joint design of high-strength bolt in petrochemical equipment steel frame,yet there are few joints for selection at present.According to the test data of the 4E joint from the SAC report,the whole process of test loading extended bolted end-plate joints is simulated with ANSYS software.The new joint is reformed through installing haunch slabs on the 4E joint.The results from the analysis on the limit bearing capacity of the joints show that the joint bearing capacity may meet the anti-seismic requirements and have better economic benefits.The analysis results can be applied to engineering practice.
