摘要
采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术对抽出不同比例CO2的PSA尾气制氢转化炉燃烧及传热进行了数值模拟研究。计算得到了炉内烟气流场,温度场的详细信息,揭示了PSA尾气中CO2含量的变化对炉膛内燃烧和传热过程的影响。通过CFD数值模拟计算,提出了PSA尾气中CO2抽出对燃烧及传热的不利影响的解决方案。
This paper makes a numerical simulation research on gas combustion in the hydrogen reformer furnace with different proportion of CO2 in the PSA tail gas by applying computational fluid dynamics technology.Detailed information about the flue gas flow field and temperature field inside the furnace is obtained from the calculation.The paper reveals the effect of the changing amount of CO2 in the PSA tail gas on the combustion and heat transfer process in the furnace.It brings forward some solutions to the unfavorable influence on the combustion and heat transfer caused by extracting CO2 from the PSA tail gas through CFD numerical simulation calculation.
