摘要 针对重油加氢装置反应进料泵和贫胺液泵配套的液力透平,讨论了应用单端面密封、无压串联密封和有压双密封方案的技术特点,以及使用过程中可能发生的潜在风险,重点阐述了有压双密封的冲洗方案和结构形式。提出了在工程设计中选用各种机械密封方案应注意的要点和对策,最后推荐了两类液力透平轴端密封的最优结构和冲洗方案。 Aiming at the hydraulic recovery turbine of charge pump and lean amine pump in residual desulphurization plant,this paper discusses the technical features and the potential risks when using single mechanical seal,non-pressurized dual seal and pressurized dual seal.It specially expatiates on the flush plan and the arrangement for pressurized dual seal.The paper also brings forward the key points for attention in selecting mechanical seal plans in engineering design as well as the relevant countermeasures.Finally,it recommends the optimal structure and flush plan for two types of shaft seal for hydraulic recovery turbines.
