摘要
采用零电压功率因数校正 (PFC)集成电路UC385 5芯片研制出一种用于逆变式弧焊电源的软开关APFC装置。通过对主电路进行仿真及采用示波器TD34 0分析得出 ,该装置减少了主电路开关管的开关损耗 ,同时改善了弧焊逆变电源的输入电流波形 ,将电源功率因数由原来的 0 .6 79提高至 0 .999。
This paper takes the zero voltage Power Factor Correction(PFC) IC UC3855 CMOS to develope a device of soft-switch PFC for arc welding inverter. After emulating the main circuit and analyzing the device by TD340 oscilloscope, we can conclude the device not only decreases the loss of switch in main circuit, but also improves the input electric current wave of arc welding inverter, successfully increasing the PF of arc welding inverter from 0.679 to 0.999.
