摘要 利用Thermoflex软件建立的整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)系统模型,研究了不同空分压力下整体空分系数(Xas)和氮气回注系数(Xgn)对系统性能的影响。当采用高压空分时I,GCC供电效率随Xas增大而提高,而对于低压空分I,GCC供电效率随Xas增大而降低,低压空分一般不宜与完全空分整体化同时采用。随Xgn的增加,高压空分和低压空分的IGCC供电效率均呈先升高后降低的趋势。当Xgn较低就可满足燃气轮机NOx排放要求时,宜采用低压空分。 The model of integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC) was established by ThermoFlex software.The influences of air separation unit integrated coefficient(Xas) and nitrogen reinjection coefficient(Xgn) on the system performance were studied in detail under the different ASU pressures.The results show that the net efficiency of IGCC system increases as the increase of Xas at the high ASU pressure,but the net efficiency decreases as the increase of Xas at the low ASU pressure.Low ASU pressure is not suitable at Xas=0.As Xgn increasing,the net efficiency of IGCC system increases firstly and then decreases both at the high and low ASU pressure.The gas turbine emissions requirement on NOx can be satisfied when the low Xgn and ASU pressure are applied.
