The paper introduces air-cooled dry-type deslagging system applied more in large size power plant boiler in recent years.Comparative tests on dry-type and wet-type deslagging system were done.By contrasting boiler exhaust gas temperature,combustible ash content and boiler efficiency,the effect of dry-type deslagging system on boiler is given,and this provides a reference for deslagging system choice in large unit.
