摘要
针对华电能源股份有限公司哈尔滨第三发电厂的锅炉性能特点,研究了200MW机组褐煤混配掺烧问题。以提高机组经济性为前提,根据每天不同时间段内负荷和来煤的情况,确立了褐煤掺混原则,在此基础进行了褐煤掺混改造,探讨了机组最大比例掺烧实施的可行性,对掺混的经济性进行了分析,从而最大限度地挖掘经济运行潜力,真正实现节能增效。
Aiming at the performance and characteristics of the boilers of the Harbin Third Power Plant of Huadian Energy Company Limited,the problem of lignite blended burning process in 200 MW unit was studied.To improve the economic efficiency of the unit is taken as first purpose.According to the load of the unit and the supplied coal in different time segments of every day,the lignite blending principle was determined.Based on this,the lignite blending technology was improved;the feasibility of lignite blending in maximum ratio for the unit was discussed;and the economic efficiency of lignite blended burning was analyzed.Then the latent capacity of economic operation was excavated in largest possible,and energy-saving and benefit increasing were realized truly.
