Design of the Drawing Die for the Wheel Spoke

以车轮轮辐拉伸模为例 ,介绍采用调质处理的刚性压边圈 ,并通过控制压边圈与凹模平面的间隙和减小凹模口圆角半径的方法 ,能够实现在普通压力机上直接拉伸 ,使制件质量稳定、操作简便 ,并降低了生产成本 ,提高了材料的利用率。

Taking the drawing die for the wheel spoke as an example, a method by adopting the rigid blank_holding ring after refining treatment, and by controlling the clearance between the blank_holding ring and the matrix surface and reducing the curvature radium of the matrix mouth was introduced. Drawing parts can be drawn directly on common pressing machines with simple operation and stable quality, thus the production cost is lowered and the material utilization ratio enhanced.
