摘要
通过某型红外成像导引产品的具体实例,首次将蒙特卡洛统计仿真方法应用于精密产品装配风险量化分析,达到了用量化的风险概率描述装配风险的目的。实例给出了精密光机部件的装配使用风险概率,为高新武器研发,以及如何在装配前预测装配风险提供了一个可准确量化的方法,避免盲目装配后带来的后续经济、时间上的损失,得到了蒙特卡洛统计仿真方法可在装配风险预测中实际应用的结论。
By a certain type of infrared imaging guidance' s specific instance, for the first time the Monte-Carlo simulation method is used in the risk quantitative analysis of precise statistics product assem- bly, and reaches the purpose that using the quantized risk probability to describe assembling risk. In- stance gives the risk probability of assembly use of precision optical-machanical parts, provides a precise quantitative method for high-tech weapons R&D and the risk prediction. The subsequent economic and time loss caused by blind assembly are avoided, and the conclusion that Monte-Carlo simulation statistics is available in the practical application of assembly risk prediction.
