摘要
通过对汽车车厢后门边梁外板工艺分析 ,确定了科学合理的冲压工艺方案 ,减少模具投入 ,提高了生产效率。针对此工艺设计了翻边成形双槽模 ,并介绍了模具的结构特点及工作过程。
Through analyzing the processing technology of the outer plate on the side beam of the auto body's rear door, the scientifically reasonable pressing process was determined. It reduced the investment in dies, and increased production efficiency. A double_slot flanging forming die was designed according to this processing technology. And the characteristics of the structure of the die and its working process were introduced.
