摘要
通过一种凸台模具的特殊结构设计 ,介绍了如何避免使处于破裂区的凸台被拉裂 ,使多工位自动冲床的应用领域由单一冲裁功能向多元化方向发展 ,并使模具生产成本及周期大幅度降低 ,冲件质量明显改善 。
Through the design of the special structure of a die for bosses, it is introduced that how to avoid the boss being drawn broken in the breakage area. The application field of multi_position automatic stamping machine thus is developing from single blanking function towards multi_ function direction. It greatly lowered the manufacturing cost of the die and shortened the manufacturing cycle. The quality of the stamped parts was markedly improved and the production efficiency greatly enhanced.
