Through comparing the plastic mould with total reflective optical system to common plastic moulds, the distinctions between the plastic mould with total reflective optical system and common plastic moulds and their characteristics were pointed out. Relatively ripe experience was provided for domestic design and manufacture of the plastic mould with total reflective optical system.
