摘要
以滤座压铸模的2种设计方案为例 ,通过2种方案的压铸模结构、进浇形式、抽芯机构等具体结构的比较 ,阐明了采用模具优化设计可简化模具结构、降低成本、缩短制模周期、提高经济效益。
Taking two designs of the die_casting die for filter bases as an example, through comparing the structure of the die_casting die, the feeding form and the core_pulling mechanism in the two designs, stating that by using optimized design for the die, the die structure could be simplified, the cost lowered, the manufacturing cycle shortened, and the economic benefit increased.
