自越南加入东盟及越美关系正常化以来,越南国内经济发展,对外交往扩大,国内外环境发生了根本性改变。在此背景下,越南共产党关于国家安全战略的思维也发生了微妙的变化。这种变化一方面使我国在南海问题上面临更加严峻的挑战,一方面也使我们面临着某种机遇。

Since being a member of ASEAN and the Vietnam-US relations nomlizated, Vietnam has made great achievements in both economic development and diplomacy. Against this bachground, the national security strategy of Communist Party of Viet- nam also has subtle changes which not only give us great challenges but also opportunity.
