Cross-border Ethnic Group,Misperception and Hedging between Great Powers Feature Analysis of Russia-Georgia Conflict in Post Cold War Era

国际冲突是国际关系研究的核心议题。在冷战后全球化背景与和谐世界话语氛围中,世界各地正在发生的冲突虽不合时宜,却也呈现自身特征与逻辑,有必要予以理论与事实考察。俄格冲突在后冷战时代具有典型意义。这一冲突过程主要涉及跨界民族歧异、行为体认知偏差与大国对冲均衡。从这些维度出发可以进一步探讨冷战后国际冲突特征与接续意义。

International conflict serves as tile core issue of IR study. Though the post cold war world is decorated by discourse of globalization and harmonious society, it is necessary to give theoretical and empirical attention on the ongoing inopportune con- flicts around the world, which also present their own features and inherent logic. A relatively more typical case is the Russia- Georgia conflict in 2008, which is highly bound up with problem of cross-border ethnic group, mispereeption of actors and equi- librium of great power. From these dimensions we can examine the features and significance of post cold war conflicts.
