高校突发事件既有一定的共性,又有与众不同的特性。就高校突发事件的致因来说,主要有高校扩招后的安全隐患、大学生身心发展的阶段特征、社会转型衍生的负面影响、国内外反华势力的渗透和破坏等。为了有效应对高校突发事件,必须做好事前预控、事中应对和善后处置工作。

Emergencies in universities have some commons, while there are some different features. It mainly owes to the security risks after college enrollment, the development of college students＇ physical and mental phase characteristics, the negative impact of social transformation, the penetration of anti-China forces and destruction at home and abroad etc. In order to respond to uni- versity emergencies, the work of advanced pre-control, response and follow-up summary must be prepared effectively.
