教育视域下大学生领导力结构维度探析

摘要 研究表明:大学生领导力结构由传达、逻辑和意志组成。传达由交往力、沟通力和思维力组成;逻辑由亲和力、学习力和信息力组成;意志由执行力、情绪力和自我力组成。独立样本T检验显示,不同学科的学生,意志、亲和力、沟通力、执行力和情绪力有显著性差异;不同性别的学生,意志、沟通力、交往力、思维力和情绪力有高显著性;不同生源地的学生,传达、逻辑、亲和力、思维力、学习力和信息力都具有高显著性。 Research shows that: ( 1 ) college students' leadership structure consists of Communication, logic and will; (2) com- munication consists of conveying communication power, communication force and thinking composition; logic has the affinity, learning and information force composed; will has executive power, emotional force and self of force; (3) independent sample t- test shows, for students of different subjects, will, affinity, communication power, execution and emotional force are significantly different ; For of students, different gender,will,communication power, communication, thinking and emotional force force have sex salience; For different students of different nationalities, communication, logic, affinity, thinking, learning and information force have sex salience.
