摘要
文章阐述了德国"双元制"职业教育培训模式的基本属性和特点,结合我国职业教育的具体做法,进行了比较研究,对我国职业教育提出了建设性建议。
The article describes the basic properties and characteristics of the German vocational education and training pattern of ＂dual system＂. A comparative study is made combined with the con- crete practice of Chinas vocational education and the constructive suggestions on vocational education in China are put forward.
