摘要
文章结合高校后勤的现状和改革中存在的主要问题,提出高校后勤改革之路必然是通过强化服务意识建设一支高素质的后勤队伍,构建和谐后勤的观点。
In view of the main problems in the current situation and the reforms in universities, the paper points out that logistic reform in universities must be carried out by strengthening the aware- ness of service, building a high- quality logistic team and creating harmonious logistics.
