摘要
在钳工教学中,当工件角度和角度面尺寸精度要求较高时,由于被测要素是一条棱边,用千分尺和万能角度尺测量时位置难以检测,达不到测量所要求的精度。正弦规配合使用量块按正弦原理组成0--800任一角度,用微差比较法测量工件角度和用百分表不仅能检测零件角度。
In the fitter teaching, when the workpiece angle and angular dimensions high accuracy is required, hecause the measured elements is an edge, and the universal angle gauge micrometer for measuring position are difficult todetect, not up to the required accuracy in measurement.
