摘要
造价预算作为道路工程造价管理中的重中之重,为确保工程进程的顺利开展,加强对于工程造价预算的管理尤为重要。具体需要工程造价管理站履行行业职责完善制度建设和行业规范,细化道路造价管理规则,积极推行招标投标制。施工方和承建方也应积极配合造价管理站工作的开展,加强前期立项阶段的管理,小心求证,大胆假设;加强对设计阶段的控制;发包阶段中应规范中标管理和合同签订;施工阶段应资源整合实现施工单位和承建方等各方利益的最大利。
