摘要 用膨胀法测定了65Mn2SiVTi钢的连续冷却转变动力学曲线,并用金相显微镜观察了转变产物,用洛氏硬度计测试各冷速下试样的硬度。讨论了控制冷却速度对该钢组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,65Mn2SiVTi钢轧后空冷即可获得细片状珠光体组织。 The dynamics curve of continuous cooling transformation , microstructure and microhardness of steel 65Mn2SiVTi under different cooling speeds have been investigated respectively by Formastor-F measuring instrument, optical microscope and TEM. The result shows that the fine pearlite in steel 65Mn2SiVTi can be obtained only by air cooling after rolling.
