完善理化检测体系,提高球铁曲轴质量

摘要 通过实地调查、理化检测和断裂曲轴分析发现,在球铁曲轴的生产各环节中,必须充分重视并合理开展理化检测工作,尤其应注重圆角处的质量,避免“凭经验生产”;许多曲轴的失效,与理化检测工作开展得不合理有关,加强和完善理化检测体系,在生产过程中合理有效地开展理化检测工作,对提高球铁曲轴的质量具有重要意义。 By way of field survey, physics and chemistry detection and break crank analyzing, it is shown that in the production of globate graphite cast iron, we must richly regard and develop with reason physics and chemistry detection work. Especially, pay attention to quality of rounded corner, avoid 'development based on experience'. Many crank were invalidated, because of physics and chemistry detection work develop in no reason, so strengthing and perfect of physics and chemistry detection system have important meaning on improve the globate graphite cast iron crank quality.
