财政支出与社会公平:一个文献综述 被引量：1

摘要 19世纪起就有学者（譬如瓦格纳等）展开财政支出和与经济增长关系的研究，研究者逐渐重视起财政支出对经济增长的影响，但对财政支出与社会公平关系的研究则不多，这与社会成员关注效率而漠视社会公平有直接关联。综合来看，目前已有的关于财政支出对社会公平的影响的研究，其对财政支出分类、公平系数的界定各不相同，由此导致实证分析结论存在差异。本文经由对近30年来财政支出与社会公平关系的文献展开综述，
