热膨胀检测仪的校准方法与测量不确定度 被引量:1

摘要 结合我国新的热膨胀测量标准的制定与实施,通过实例详细论述、比较了目前国际上现代热膨胀检测仪通常采用的4种校准方法,指出比率校正法与标样校正法均具有使用方便、较为准确的优点;传统的载体校正法已不适用。借助与ASTME228-95相应的估算公式,测得现代位移传感器的测量不确定度约70nm。基于对蓝宝石、铂的检测结果,验证了热膨胀检测精度可达4%的结论。 Combining the formulation and implementation of new standard test method for Thermal Expansion in China and through the detailed discussion for real examples, The four international calibrated methods which are used currently by thermal expansion testing apparatus. We pointed out that the Calibration Method of Proportion and the Calibration Method of standard specimen are convenient and precise in using and the traditional Calibration Method of holder has been out of date. Depending on the estimated formuls which is equal to ASTM E 228-95, we surveyed the measuring uncertainty of modern displacement transducer is about 70 nm. According to the measured results of Sapphire and Platinum, we confirmed the conclusion which is that the measured precision of thermal expansion could arrive at 4%
