“Green Heat Treatment”Facing the 21th Century

本文从环境保护和清洁生产技术角度简述了我国热处理生产的现状 ,指出了发展“绿色热处理”的重要性和紧迫性 ,从氮基气氛热处理、真空热处理、流态床热处理、智能控制冷却、洁净短时渗氮替代发黑 (发蓝 )磷化的无污染工艺、化学热处理排出气体的回收利用等方面论述了 2 1世纪“绿色热处理”技术的发展方向 ,并提出了实施意见。

The present condition of heat treatment processing in china is introduced in the view of enrivonment protection and clean production technology. The importance and urgency of developing “green heat treatment”is thus pointeel out. Are discribed the possible development direction of “green heat treatment”technology in the 21th century in many aspects such as heat treatment under nitrogen atmosphere,vacuum heat treatment,fluid bed furnace heat treatment,clean short time nitriding which substitutes the phosphating process,intelligent controlling of cooling and the retrieving of the exhausted gas in the chemico-thermal treatment process.Principles for improvement is suggested in the present paper.
